About Sarah
The Practice & The Teacher
My Foundation
Grounded in the modern world.
By day, I navigate the pace, expectations, and demands of a professional corporate career. By evening and weekends, I step onto the mat as a fully qualified yoga instructor.
I don’t view these two lives as a contradiction. Living in both worlds is exactly what shapes my teaching. I know what it means to carry a long day of screen fatigue in your shoulders, and I understand the tension between high ambition and the deep need for restorative rest.
My students don’t need a teacher who lives in isolation from daily stress. They need someone who understands the noise they are trying to quiet when they step into the room, and who knows how to use the breath to find a way back home.

For Your Practice
You know what a good practice feels like.
Sarah’s classes are crafted for intermediate practitioners ready to advance their practice, and ambitious beginners willing to meet a rewarding challenge. No shortcuts, no performance, no ego. Just honest, intentional work on the mat.
My Philosophy
“Finding depth in the flow, on and off the mat.”
Yoga isn’t about executing a flawless posture for a brief moment in class. Real practice is found in the transitions, the steady focus under heat, and the quiet resilience you take with you when you leave the room. We build structural stability in the body so we can cultivate spaciousness in the mind.
