Workshops

Intentional focus.

Longer, slower workshops are being developed for students seeking deeper exploration of movement, breathwork, and practice philosophy. We will strip away the rush of a standard class to explore alignment, breath mechanics, and true release.

Questions

Everything you need to know before stepping onto the mat.

Am I ready for your Vinyasa class?

If you can comfortably hold a downward dog and are willing to listen closely to your body, you are ready. My classes are structured to offer a rewarding challenge. While having a bit of intermediate experience helps with the pace of a fluid Vinyasa sequence, I explicitly offer alignment modifications throughout the practice so every student can find their own edge safely.

What equipment do I need for online Yin?

A standard yoga mat and loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to breathe deeply are all you need. For our Yin sessions, having a few household props nearby like a firm pillow, a thick blanket, or yoga blocks is highly recommended to support your body in long holds. I will always guide you through simple prop adjustments at the start of our practice.

How do I access live stream links?

Your live streaming access link will arrive directly in your inbox 24 hours before our scheduled session. If you don’t see it, take a quick peek at your spam folder. To get the most out of the flow, I recommend setting up your screen in a quiet, undisturbed corner of your home a few minutes before we begin.

Can I book drop-in classes?

Yes, you are always welcome to drop into any of my scheduled class slots. In-person drop-in mats are subject to studio availability at Westpark Fitness. For my live online flows, please ensure you reserve your spot in advance so the system has time to send the streaming link directly to your email.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Life happens, and plans shift. If you need to cancel, please let me know at least 24 hours before our class time to receive a full credit back to your account. While late cancellations cannot be refunded, I am always happy to help you transfer your credit to a future session so you don’t lose your practice time.

Still have questions?

If you are unsure which class fits your current practice, or have an inquiry about corporate packages, reach out directly. I am here to help you find the right starting point.
