What personal data I collect
I may collect your name, email address, practice level, enquiry type, message content, email subscription status, and limited technical information used for security and spam prevention. This may include hashed IP address, hashed browser information, and reCAPTCHA verification results.
Why I collect it
I use your data to respond to contact form enquiries, manage email subscriptions, protect forms from spam and abuse, improve the website, and meet legal or administrative obligations.
Legal basis for processing
Contact form enquiries are processed so I can respond to your request. Newsletter subscriptions are processed with your consent. Security and anti-spam checks are processed on the basis of legitimate interest in protecting the website and its users. Optional analytics are only enabled if you consent through the cookie preferences banner.
Contact form submissions
When you submit the contact form, your details are stored securely so your enquiry can be reviewed and answered. Contact form submissions are retained for up to 2 years, unless a longer period is required for legal, accounting, dispute, or legitimate business reasons.
Email subscriptions
If you subscribe to updates, your email address is used to send occasional class updates, workshop announcements, live stream information, and practice-related messages. Subscription records are reviewed annually. Inactive or unnecessary subscription data is deleted or anonymised after 12 months unless you remain actively subscribed.
Cookies and analytics
Essential local storage is used to remember your cookie preference. Google Tag Manager and analytics are only loaded if you accept analytics cookies. If you decline analytics, Google analytics tracking is not activated.
reCAPTCHA
Forms on this website use Google reCAPTCHA to help detect spam and abusive automated submissions. reCAPTCHA may process technical information about your browser and interaction with the website in accordance with Google’s own terms and privacy notices.
Who I share data with
I do not sell your personal data. Data may be processed by service providers that help operate this website, including web hosting, database hosting, email delivery, Google reCAPTCHA, and Google analytics where consent has been granted.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to processing, request portability of your data, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To make a data request, contact gdpr@namastewithsarah.com. I will respond without undue delay and normally within one month.
Right to complain
If you are unhappy with how your personal data is handled, you can contact me first so I can try to resolve it. You also have the right to contact the Irish Data Protection Commission.

I use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. No website or online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
